Last updated 27 October 2026. Operator: Iftat Bhuiyan (iftat100@gmail.com). This service is for the operator's personal use.
With your consent, the relay uses the Gmail gmail.metadata scope to learn when a new message arrives in your Inbox and to read that message's From and Subject headers. It never reads message bodies or attachments, never sends mail, and never changes, labels or deletes messages.
An encrypted file on the relay server holds your OAuth refresh token, your mailbox address, your device's push token, and hashes of message IDs already alerted (kept 7 days). Sender and subject are held only in memory long enough to build the alert, and are included in the alert only at the preview level you choose in the app. Nothing is logged, sold, shared, or used for advertising or AI training.
Flutter Mail Relay's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is used only to deliver your own new-mail notifications.
Turning off the relay or removing an account in the app deletes its enrollment and stored token from the relay. Enrollments also expire after 30 days without the app checking in. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
